Terms of service

These terms cover everything sold on this site. They are written to be read, so they are shorter than most. Buying something means agreeing to them.

What you are buying

A personal licence to use the files — not the files themselves, and not the designs in them. We keep the copyright; you get a permanent, non-exclusive right to use what you bought for yourself and the people you live with.

Every product is a digital download. Nothing is posted, and there is nothing physical to arrive.

What the licence lets you do

• Print as many copies as you like, for as long as you like, on any printer.
• Use the files on a tablet or phone in any app that opens PDFs, and write on them there.
• Use them with your own household — your partner, your children, anyone living with you.
• Keep them forever, on as many of your own devices as you want, and re-download them later.
• Get any later revision of something you bought, at no extra cost.

What it does not let you do

The licence is for personal and household use. It does not cover commercial use of any kind, and it does not allow passing the files on. Specifically, please do not:

• Resell, sub-licence, rent or give away the files, in whole or in part, edited or unedited, free or paid.
• Share a download link publicly, or send the PDF to people outside your household.
• Use them in a business, a classroom, a practice, or any service you are paid for — including printing copies for clients, pupils or staff.
• Include them in something you sell or distribute, such as a course, a membership, a workbook or a bundle.
• Claim the designs as your own, or remove or obscure any credit.
• Upload them to a file-sharing site or a shared drive open to strangers, or use them to train a machine-learning model.

If you want to use them at work

Then ask. Teachers, therapists, childminders and coaches buy these regularly, and the standard licence genuinely does not cover that use — but a licence that does is usually straightforward to arrange. Email us through the contact form and say what you have in mind. It costs nothing to ask, and the answer is often yes.

What these files are not

They are organisational tools: pages that hold a plan so you do not have to. That is all they claim to be.

Nothing sold here is medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and nothing here diagnoses anything or replaces advice from a professional who knows you. The budgeting and bookkeeping files are spreadsheets and templates, not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice — check anything that matters with someone qualified in your country. You stay responsible for your own decisions.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and can change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Bundle discounts apply automatically when the whole set is in the cart, and they are permanent rather than time-limited offers. Payment is handled by Shopify; we never see your card details.

Delivery

Files are delivered by download link on the confirmation screen and by email, immediately after payment clears. If something does not arrive, the downloads guide covers the usual causes, and we will send the files by hand if it does not.

Refunds

Thirty days, no reason needed, on everything. The details are in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability, and what we do not promise

We do our best to keep the site up and the links working, but we cannot promise either will be uninterrupted. Save your files somewhere you control rather than relying on an email link staying live forever.

Products are sometimes revised, retired or removed from sale. If something you bought is withdrawn, you keep your copy and your licence.

Beyond that, our liability for anything connected to these files or this site is limited to what you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are buying as a consumer in the EEA or the UK, your statutory rights apply in full regardless of anything written here.

Ending the licence

The licence lasts indefinitely. It ends only if the files are redistributed or resold, which is the one thing that genuinely damages a shop this small. If that happens we may withdraw it and decline further sales.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change never applies retrospectively to something you have already bought — the licence you got is the one that was published on the day you bought it.
