Refund policy

What we refund, what we cannot, and how to ask.

Draft — needs review. Written to be readable, not to be legally binding. Check it against consumer law in the territories you sell into — EU and UK rules on digital-goods withdrawal have specific requirements about waiving the cooling-off period at checkout.

The short version

If a file does not work, is not what the page described, or you simply cannot get on with it, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you. You do not need to justify it.

Why digital refunds are unusual

Most shops selling downloads refuse refunds outright, because a file cannot be returned. We would rather carry that cost than leave someone stuck with a page they cannot use. In practice very few people ask, and the ones who do usually just needed a different size.

Before you ask

If the problem is technical it is often solvable in a minute. Check the downloads guide if the file never arrived, or the printing guide if it printed at the wrong size. If neither helps, we still refund you.

What we cannot refund

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase, unless something is genuinely broken with the file.
  • Part of a bundle where the discount was the reason for the purchase — we refund the whole bundle instead.

How to ask

Email us with your order number and one line about what went wrong. We do not ask for more than that. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank rather than on us.
